Happy Hours Preschool Kindergarten is a privately owned childcare centre and has been successfully running for the past several years. Due to the centre’s excellent reputation and popularity within the community, the demand for places has risen from a thirty-three place centre to forty-one place centre.
Happy Hours Preschool Kindergarten has THREE distinct rooms;
Turtle Room – Caring for children aged 0 to 3 years old
Dolphin Room – For children of 3 to 5 years old and;
School Readiness Room – For children of 4 to 5 years old.
Our centre takes great pride in providing a home away from home feel for the children we cater for, with an atmosphere that is continuously warm, friendly, and inviting. We continually encourage family input, involvement and work together to ensure our educational program is of high standards and meets the government guidelines and recommendations.
Our qualified and experienced staff offer an educational program that understands children as an individual learner who has so much to share when it comes to their learning. Our team focus on your children’s well-being, education and overall involvement in the centre’s running. Each staff member holds relevant qualifications and is working towards becoming an early childhood educator. Each staff member continuously works towards gaining knowledge, which supports their positive involvement as the excellent educators they are today.
Our qualified staff hold various qualifications like;
· Certificate III in children’s services
· Diploma in children’s services
· Degree in early childhood education
· Pursuing traineeships
Staff members also have their First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Protection Certificate and Food Handling Certificates current and valid. All our staff undergo relevant screening checks as per government guidelines before commencing employment at our centre.
